SOI Visitor Form

At SOI, we make every effort to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our children and visitors.

For everyone’s safety and convenience, visitors should register one day in advance using our visitor registration form. Otherwise, you may be asked to wait 5-10 minutes while your badge is prepared. Visitors must be at least 12 years old. 

All visitors are screened for recent COVID-19 symptoms, and visitors with any symptoms will not be allowed to visit. People who have tested positive for COVID-19 are not allowed to visit SOI until they are symptom-free and it has been at least 10 days since their initial positive test.

We ask that visitors consider wearing masks in all areas at all times. This includes hallways, waiting rooms, and the lobby. 

Please remember that kindness matters. SOI is a place for bringing out the extraordinary in every child. There is zero tolerance for any disrespectful behavior. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Visitors

  • Visitors to SOI should use the Ring Doorbell at the main entrance at 9801 Dublin Blvd.
  • All visitors must show photo identification.
  • Visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Only 2 visitors can be attend at a time.
